How to Use Pingubuy with the W2C Spreadsheet (Step by Step)
The W2C spreadsheet finds the products; Pingubuy

Step 1 - Find a product link
Start on W2Cspreadsheet. Browse the categoriessearch
Step 2 - Create your Pingubuy account
Install the Pingubuy app
Step 3 - Paste the link and set options
In Pingubuy, paste the copied URL into the order or import field. The seller's listing loads, and you choose the variant - size, colour, quantity. Get this right: the agent buys exactly what the variant says. Add any note for the seller (for example a specific colourway) in the same box.
Step 4 - Pay the item cost
Pingubuy pays the Chinese seller for you; you pay Pingubuy. At this stage you are covering the item price plus domestic China shipping. Because Pingubuy does not publish its commission rate, review the order summary carefully so you know exactly what you are paying before you confirm, and check the current details on the official site
Step 5 - Wait for warehouse arrival and QC
The seller ships to Pingubuy's China warehouse. On arrival, staff run a quality check and upload 3-5 free QC photos
Step 6 - Consolidate your haul
Ordering several items? Let them all land in the warehouse, then submit them together. Combining them into one parcel means you pay international shipping once. You get 90 days of free storage30 more days
Step 7 - Choose a shipping line and pay the final leg
When you submit for shipping, Pingubuy shows shipping-line options with different price, speed and size limits. Pick one that suits your parcel's weight and your budget, pay the international shipping (and any duties), and you get a tracking number to follow.

Beginner tips
- Order one test item first
- Screenshot the exact variant
- Do not sit on a finished parcel forever
- Use WhatsApp for anything unclear; a two-minute question can save a wrong purchase.
That is the whole cycle: find on the spreadsheet, paste into Pingubuy, pay the item, approve QC, consolidate, ship. The guides below go deeper on QC photos, storage and the apps.
